Andy Aeberhard, MSc. combines extensive experience in “all things digital” with psychological research. He received his masters degree from the University of Basel specializing in human machine interaction. Gamer by passion, psychologist by training and digital native by default, he seized the opportunity at the top of his head to put his unique set of skills at the service of research in order to promote development and innovation of “next-generation” psychometric testing. With almost a decade of experience as IT-System administrator, he brings in strong knowledge in IT-strategy, IT-security, data management and web-design. When he is not busy as virtual pest-control, i.e. hunting down bugs, optimizing code or putting up additional protective walls to reach higher levels of data security, he likes indulging in mountain hikes and musing about the possibilities of psychological research, if the new technological opportunities are put to good use. Also, he’s a pronounced advocate of artisanal creativity constantly trying to broaden his and his friends’ and familie’s culinary horizon. And Bonsai trees. He likes Bonsai trees. A lot.
